Buyer’s Premium
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total purchase price for all online sales. There is no Buyers Premium onsite.
As-Is Condition & Inspection Notice
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Kaufman Auctions, LLC (“Auction Company”) and the Seller make no representations or warranties as to the condition, functionality, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose of any item. By bidding, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to have inspected or had the opportunity to inspect all items prior to bidding and accepts each item in its present condition with all faults and defects.
Note: “Runs” means that our mechanics had the truck running briefly and were able to move it into the auction lineup. To get some of the trucks running, new batteries may have been installed or other minor repairs made. Since it has been 30 days or more from the time the trucks were last started to the auction date, no guarantees are made that they will start or run at pickup.
Catalog Listings & Descriptions
Descriptions, photos, or other representations are provided as a service to bidders and are based on information believed to be accurate. However, no guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied. Bidders must rely on their own judgment and inspection.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is required on the day of sale or by the time stated on the invoice. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfer, cash, or check accompanied by a bank letter of good standing. Kaufman Auctions does not accept credit card payments exceeding $2,500. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. No items may be removed until payment has been received and verified
Title Information
Titles will not be mailed earlier than ten (10) business days after full payment has been verified. Titles will be issued only in the name of the registered buyer as entered at registration. Titles will be shipped via UPS to the address listed on the buyer’s registration record.
Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all sales tax, title, and registration fees applicable in their jurisdiction. Buyer understands and agrees that any tax liability resulting from the purchase is their sole responsibility.
Load-Out & Removal
Buyer must remove all purchased items within three (3) weeks of purchase date. Location of sale is 119 Nu Energy Dr, Aledo Texas 76008 or adjacent to 1402 N County Rd 1130, Midland, TX 79706 (depending on lot purchased). After three weeks, a $100 per day storage fee will be charged and must be paid prior to release. Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM only. No exceptions. Buyer is solely responsible for arranging towing, winching, or loading. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer immediately upon award of bid.

bidding at his or her sole discretion. Your bid constitutes a legally binding and irrevocable offer.

RESERVE AUCTION: Unless otherwise stated in the Auction Announcements and auction.

bidder(s) until seller has confirmed or declined bids within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
FOR RESERVE AUCTIONS ONLY Post-Auction Reserve Consideration Clause
If the auction concludes without reaching the seller's reserve amount, the seller shall have a 24-hour period, commencing at the close of the auction, to evaluate and accept the highest bid. During this period, the high bidder is bound to their final bid and may not withdraw or reduce it. However, the bidder may choose to increase their bid during this timeframe if they so desire.
BUYERS PREMIUM: If a buyer’s premium is charged, that amount will be added to your final
bid. For instance, if the Buyer’s Premium is 10% and your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out
you will be charged $110.00. Please check the auction specific terms to determine whether a
buyer’s premium is applicable to this auction.
PAYMENT: Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and
Discover) Invoices over $2,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be
assessed for any declined payment. Please examine your invoice carefully at the conclusion of
the auction. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to allow us to charge your credit card following
the auction for the full amount of your bid and any applicable buyer’s premium for all items in
which you are the successful bidder.
FIRM PICK-UP DATE: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s) unless
alternate arrangements agreed to by the Auctioneer are made in advance of the pick-up date. Any
items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty &
Auctions & will be handled at our discretion. Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to
resell your items in a future sale without issuing a refund. Please review the auction specific
terms to confirm the date, time and location of the pick-up date, and be sure make appropriate
arrangements to ensure you can safely load and transport your items.
SHIPPING: Shipping may be available on smaller items for the convenience of buyer. However,
no glass and/or fragile items will be shipped. Kaufman Realty & Auctions utilizes Shipping Saint
as a third party for our carrier. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost plus packaging and labor.
Insurance is provided for damage which occurs during shipment. In the event of damage during
shipment, Buyer’s recovery is limited to available insurance and in no event shall it exceed the
purchase price of the damaged item. Please check the auction specific terms prior to bidding to
confirm whether or not shipping is available.
FIREARMS: We observe all Federal and State gun laws. The same person who registers to bid
number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale – no one
else will be permitted to make the transfer. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID
FOR ANOTHER PERSON. If applicable to the sale, successful bidders will be subject to and
must pass the FBI Instant Check – NICS. If you know you are not supposed to possess a firearm,
