A few things about tonight's auction. The sellers are removing the main cook/wood stove in the newer part of the home but will be replacing it with a regular wood stove. The home does not have any other heat source besides wood that is active so it will be winterized when they vacate the property after closing. Keep in mind there is electric here as well as there used to be propane on the property.
