All items are sold As-Is where is and buyer is responsible for the removal of items.
Kaufman Auctions is not responsible for accidents or assistance in removal.
All buyers MUST sign a Release of Liability waiver prior to removal process.
Liability waiver is posted under “Documents” tab.
Please note there are trees growing through some of the trucks & trailers, it will be buyers’ responsibility to remove. Many of the tires are flat. These vehicles have been sitting for a long time and do not currently run. Please come equipped with the proper means to remove.
Some of the trailers are not road worthy.
Buyers must come to scheduled removal day to pick up all items. There will be an additional 14 days available to remove vehicles & trailers.
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid. NO SHIPPING is available — buyers must pick up items during the designated loadout time. Online bidding terms apply. All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees. Payment and pickup required as per auction terms.
