Terms: No buyer’s premium for onsite buyers. Payment in full auction day. Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card up to $5,000, 5% fee applies if paying with Credit Card. Online terms apply for online bidding & includes a buyer’s premium. All items sell “As Is” & Absolute to the highest bidder.
Removal: Buyers will have till May 24th, 2025 by appointment for removal of all items and at the buyers risk. Daily fee will apply thereafter and no refunds to buyers.
Titles: Titles will be sent to buyers via certified mail no earlier than 10 business days following full payment of items. Titles will be sent to the address buyer used to register for auction.
