Pick up date: Pickup will be on Monday April 15th from 3:00-6:00 PM (Exact Address will be provided on invoice.)

 

Payment: A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid amount. 

Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) Invoices over $2,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms. You are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.

Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.

 

 

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction.

Before you bid, please take a few seconds, and look at the information provided. This will have the location, date / times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.

You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Please let us know if you see an error in our listings. We strive to be as accurate as possible. Kaufman Realty & Auctions is not responsible for any computer malfunctions during the Auction.

 

Pickup:

All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s). 

Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made).

Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified. 

Kaufman Realty & Auctions will no longer be able to accept Conceal Carry Licenses so please be prepared to fill out the proper paperwork and have a background check ran. 

 

SHIPPING: Available except to California and Canada.

We use Shipping Saint as a third party for our rates. We charge the customer for the shipping cost plus packaging and labor. We take great care with our shipping. We also use insurance which does a great job protecting our clients against damage during the shipping process.

Shipping available at the buyer’s expense. No freight shipping available.

1. After invoices are sent out after the auction closes, you’ll receive an email to either reserve your pickup time OR to have your items shipped.
2. If you select ship you will need to email a copy of your local FFL dealer's license to kendra.shetler@kaufmanrealty.com.
3.  After the auction’s pickup day, your items will be packaged up. You’ll receive an email with an invoice of your shipping charges. You’ll provide payment directly to Shipping Saint.
4.  Following payment of your shipping invoice, we will create the label and schedule your items to be picked up by the carrier.
5.  You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when the label is printed.
